Enrollment Information for Riverside Indian School

Welcome to Riverside Indian School. We are currently accepting applications for student enrollment in grades four through twelve. Applicants can expect a response regarding whether their application has been approved or denied within five business days.

Enrollment Checklist:

1. Download Application.

2. Fill out the application completely.

3. Sign and date (where required).

4. Fax completed application to (405) 247-4429 or mail to:

   ATTN: Student Admissions
   101 Riverside Drive
   Anadarko, OK 73005

Once your completed application has been submitted and verified, it will be presented to the Admissions Committee. Ms. LaCretia Vasquez, who can be reached at 405-247-6670 ext. 228, will mail a letter of approval or denial.

Remember: An incomplete application will not be processed and will cause a delay in your application being provided to the Admissions Committee.
